1. Who we are

The controller of your data is BeatLab Dynamics, based in Timișoara, Romania. For any question about personal data, contact us at office@beatlab.ro or +40 748 623 210.

2. What data we collect and why

• Contact form and quote request: name, email address and, optionally, phone, company, preferred plan and your message. We use them to reply and to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
• Newsletter: your email address. You are only subscribed after you confirm through the link we email you (double opt-in). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• The page you contacted us from and the source of your visit: for example, an advertising campaign. We use this to understand which information on the site is useful. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Technical data for spam protection: your IP address is irreversibly hashed and kept for at most one hour to limit automated submissions. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website.

3. How long we keep data

We keep requests received through forms for up to 3 years after the last interaction, unless you become a client. In that case, data is kept as required by law (for example, accounting obligations). Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

4. Who we share data with

We never sell or rent your data. Only providers that help us run the website and email (web hosting, email services) can access it, under contracts that require confidentiality. The contact page shows a Google Maps map and the site fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These services may receive your IP address when the page loads.

5. Browser storage

The site stores your theme (light or dark) and language preferences locally in your browser, plus the source of your visit for the current session. This information is only sent to us together with a form you choose to submit. See our cookie policy for details.

Traffic statistics: only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner shown on the site, we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager). This tells us which pages are visited and how visitors find us. Data is aggregated and the provider is Google Ireland Ltd. Without your consent, no Google analytics script is loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the page footer.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and to object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before. To exercise any of these rights, email us at office@beatlab.ro. We reply within one month.

If you believe your data is not processed correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (www.dataprotection.ro).

7. Data security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form data is stored on the server in an area that cannot be reached from the browser, and access is limited to the BeatLab Dynamics team.
